A fitness class that is fun, energetic, and makes you feel amazing. We love interacting with our students in our Zumba classes, it makes our day to see their smiles at the end of each class. We are constantly aiming to create new and fun experiences for our classes. Some sessions are led by both Edgar & Andrea (double the creativity, double the energy and double fun).
Who is Zumba for?
Everyone! All fitness levels are welcome, you don’t need to be a dancer to learn some fresh new moves.

How hard is it? The first class may feel like a catch up, but by the third class, you’ll be showing off those moves! It’s possible to burn between 500 and 700 calories, during this 1 hour workout!
What are the Zumba classes like? A party at an all-inclusive resort.
