Exercise with Edgar. I find exercising along with someone to keep me company is easier for me to motivate me to actually do it. Unfortunately an old knee problem has reappeared and I am limited to what I can do right now. However if I turn on one of Edgar’s recorded classes I have “company” and music even if I am improvising with exercises I can do safely right now. I just finished Express Legs but substituted most exercises. No problem. Thanks for the motivation and company.

I just tried the morning glow meditation. Very calming. I was unable to play it on my Samsung (Adobe) tablet. It just froze. I switched to our PC and it was fine. Put the technical difficulties out my mind and I was relaxed by end. Thank you for the reference
