We don’t know about you, but when that warm weather hits, we just want to be outside all the time, and make most of the short summer months. Why not take your workout outside with 60 min bootcamp sessions where you will get a full body workout in a unique and fun way, with the benefits of an outdoor workout. These classes begin in May.

You’ll release feel-good hormones

A recent study found that outdoor physical activity had a 50 percent greater positive effect on mental health than going to the gym. Fresh air and increased oxygen helps release the feel-good brain chemical, serotonin – meaning the outdoor training sessions will not only help keep you fit and healthy, they put you in a fantastic mood too.


Boost your immune system

Being in nature is a great way to give your immune system a boost. Your body behaves differently when you’re in nature, and acts as a natural stimulus for your body to protect itself from disease.


Connect With Nature

One of the benefits of outdoor exercise is the opportunity to connect with nature and the people and places around you. Exercising outdoors can help you  deepen your connection to your environment and enhance your appreciation for the natural beauty around you.



We’ll be using the great outdoors as our gym, working with monkey bars, swings, park benches, and other fun equipment, to build a full body workout.
